网络公证辨正*

内容摘要：随着人类社会步入网络时代，网络经济从概念到实践得以不断演进与发展。网络经济的重要特征为：交易对象的盲目性和交易信息的虚拟性，这就导致网络世界的安全信用问题尤为突出。网络公证作为传统公证与现代网络的契合，能够为网络经济营造一个安全诚信的环境。遗憾的是多数人却将网络公证与涉网公证作以简单等同，这显然是对网络公证的一种误读。真正的网络公证为一个全新的概念，需要我们对其进行准确地界定，以辨正多数人对网络公证产生的混淆。

    Abstract: Along with human society entering into the network age, network economy is moving forward and developing not only in practice but also in concept. The main features of network economy are blindness of object and virtualization of information in transactions. These features lead to safe and credit problems which are visible in cyberspace. Network notarization as a combination of notarization and network could make the safe and credible environment set up for network economy. But many people see the network notarization same as the notarization involving network, obviously there is some misunderstanding to network notarization. The network notarization is an absolutely new concept, and we should define it exactly and use it appropriately to clarify the confusion about this new concept.
